dessertbycandy: Hard to refuse a slice of Cherry Cheesecake especially when it is so easy to make. No bake! A bit retro but it’s a classic nonetheless. Don’t expect a bite of substantial New York-style here. This filling is delicate yet rich. I topped it with sour cherries that has just a hint of balsamic vinegar.
